Refunds Policy

We have a 7-day return policy on watches, which means you have 7 days after receiving your watch to request a return for not as described items only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the same contents as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Worn items will not be eligible for return. To start a return, you can contact us

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2County Lane Plaza at 15501 Bustleton Ave Philadelphia,PA If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question fill out the contact form.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Right to cancel order(s) All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, refunds will be processed within 7 days. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.

Frequently asked questions

I made a mistake in my delivery address; is it too late?

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address. You may be responsible for any additional fees.

We ship with Fedex within the USA and internationally to most countries. We fully insure for the value of the package. When shipping internationally, buyer is responsible to pay for customs and duties within their country. 

Most shipments under 150k USD ship with Fedex fully insured. Shipments over 150k USD are most often shipped with an armored guard. Details of shipment will be provided beforehand and confirmed with buyer. 

Watches Off 5th accepts eligible returns within 14 days of purchase. A watch is eligible for return if it is in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. 

Watches must be returned with their original documentation and packaging. All returns will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. Returns are subject to a restocking fee, as per Shopify’s updated policy. The restocking fee is 10% of the purchase price, and will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.

If all requirements are met, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for funds to appear on your account.

Watches Off 5th guarantees authenticity on all watches sold.

Watches Off 5th offers a Two Year Limited Warranty to all of our clients. This warranty covers all mechanical functions of the watch that was purchased; it warrants against manufacturer’s defects or malfunctions with the movement of the watch.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear of the watch, accidents, water damage, loss, misuse, or stolen pieces – but we are happy to help our clients down the line with any servicing needs; i.e.; polish or touch up. We will offer this service to our clients at a reduced price.

We will honor the time of the manufacturer’s warranty, and any watches may be brought back for servicing during this time.
